Recently, DESBOER (Jiangsu) Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. achieved a milestone progress in the construction of its Phase II plant—the facade project was successfully completed. The internal decoration and the installation of intelligent production lines are in full swing. A modern plant integrating high aesthetics, high intelligence and high productivity is soon to be fully completed and put into operation, injecting strong impetus into the company’s high-quality development!

To accurately meet the explosive global demand for high-precision gearboxes in the smart manufacturing sector, DESBOER officially launched the Phase II plant construction project in June 2025. Since the project kicked off, the entire construction team has adhered to the core principle of "Precision Construction, Efficient Performance". With refined management throughout the process from planning and design to construction implementation, the team has worked day and night for months and successfully delivered the facade as scheduled. The new plant boasts a simple, elegant appearance with neat lines, embodying the rigorous texture of a precision manufacturing enterprise. Its internal space is scientifically and rationally laid out, with reserved functional areas for intelligent production lines, testing laboratories, automated warehouse logistics and other full-link processes, laying a solid foundation for subsequent high-efficiency production.

As the core carrier of the company’s production capacity upgrade, the Phase II plant will achieve three key breakthroughs upon commissioning:

1.Leapfrog Production Capacity Growth: Annual production capacity will surge from the current 100,000 units to 300,000 units, tripling the supply capacity of core products (precision planetary gearboxes and strain wave gearboxes). This will fully support the surging global order demand and provide customers with more stable delivery guarantees.

2.Intelligent Upgrade of Production System: Focusing on "full-link intelligent production", the plant will introduce a networking collaboration system for high-precision processing equipment, build a real-time production data monitoring platform, and implement a full-process quality traceability system. Empowered by automation and digital technologies, it will significantly improve production efficiency and shorten delivery cycles.

3.Elevated Quality Control Standards: A high-standard testing process and laboratory will be established to realize full-dimensional quality control from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery. Through a standardized and traceable production model, the stability and reliability of product precision will be further enhanced, enabling DESBOER to deliver superior precision transmission solutions to customers.
